VEROPAL CLEARCAST 300 is a crystal clear two-component epoxy resin for the production of medium-sized castings and for casting layers up to 5 cm. It has food contact certification. It has moderate UV resistance, is self-leveling and has low viscosity. Debubbles well naturally, has a high-gloss surface when cured and has very low shrinkage. Medium processing time, the casting is clear and hard. It is odorless and very fluid, with a simple mixing ratio. It can be easily colored, or partially filled with decorative items (stones, sequins, shards, etc.)

• Usage:

  • Production of smaller epoxy conference and side tables and medium-sized castings.
  • Production of epoxy lamps, clocks, serving boards, etc.
  • Production of jewelry and their semi-finished products.
  • Production of advertising items.
  • Also suitable for closing pores in wood, it soaks well into wood.
  • Can be used for casting and gluing all types of materials (wood, concrete, glass, etc.) except plastics.

    

• Additional features:

  • Appearance after mixing components A and B - clear water-clear liquid.
  • Dyeability – with suitable and compatible dyes and pigments (see section PIGMENTS).
  • Working temperature – ideally 19-23 °C. It is possible to work at lower temperatures, e.g. (10-15 °C), but it is necessary to take into account the slower hardening. Decreased temperature slows down the hardening process, increased temperature speeds it up.
  • Appearance after curing – clear, glassy
