Description: Two-component transparent waterborne dispersion of epoxy resin.

APPLICATIONS

CONCRETE

• As primer / penetrating sealer on concrete for EPOSTYL 215V,
• Warehouses and storage facilities,
• Car parks and garages,
• Poorly ventilated rooms /house cellars/.

WOOD APPLICATIONS

• As primer & transparent topcoat,
• Wooden floors /parquets/ of sport halls,
• Parquet and timbers in apartments.

PROPERTIES

• Chemical base: 2-K epoxide,
• Mixing ratio: 100 : 26 by weight,
• Thinning ratio for concrete: 1 : 1 with water,
• Recommended thickness: 20-40 µm,
• Application temperature: Ideally 10-30 °C,
• Application technique: Roller,
• Workability time: 80 min. at 20 °C,
• Material consumption: 0.2-0.7 kg/m² for one coat (depending on the quality of the substrate and its porosity, apply 1-2 coats),
• Drying: Touch-dry 5 hrs., through-dry 24 hrs. at 20 °C.

STORAGE AND TRANSPORT

Product must be stored and transported in original closed packaging at temperature 5-25 °C, always separately from hardeners and sources of ignition. Warranty period for the product is 12 months after the date of production provided that proper storage and transport conditions are kept.
