SEPARATOR V11 is a light yellow liquid with a characteristic smell. The separator is intended to prevent adhesion of polyurethane or epoxy materials to places where it is not desired and enables easy removal and separation of cast material. Can be used for molds made of non-absorbent materials (metal, wood, laminate, glass, polycarbonate, etc.) when casting epoxy or PUR material. In the case of absorbent materials (e.g. mdf board, plaster, etc.), the consumption of the separator is many times higher and, due to absorption into the material, the quality of separation is worse. It is applicable with a cloth or a brush, it dries very quickly. After the application and evaporation of the solvents, a wax microlayer is formed on the surface of the mold, which ensures separation of the cast during release.

WARNING:

• Stir or shake the separator before using it! Wax settles to the bottom during storage and needs to be redispersed into the solution.
• After application, do not touch the surface. You could break the uniform surface of the separation wax layer (pull off the wax locally from the surface of the mold) and at that point the epoxy could stick to the mold!

Safety at work:

• The workplace where separation is carried out must be well ventilated.
• Use protective gloves and a respirator when working.
• After work, wash hands with soap and use regeneration cream.
• It is forbidden to eat, drink or smoke while working.
• Safe handling and storage is governed by the safety data sheet.
