VC2509AG 12.5L aluminum vacuum chamber with lid made of safety hardened glass and powerful VP228 two-stage oil pump with 71 L/min (2.5CFM) free air displacement. This set is perfect for stabilization of wood, but also for debubbling (degassing) cast products such as epoxies, polyurethanes, silicones, plasters, waxes, etc. The product is made of the highest quality materials.

Thanks to the safety lid made of durable hardened glass and thanks to the increased chemical resistance, this chamber is also suitable for stabilizing wood, bone and other porous materials using Veropal WSB stabilization resins. 

The body of the chamber is made of aluminum, its volume is 4.8 l and the internal dimensions are: diameter 25 cm and height 9 cm.

• The safety lid is made of safety hardened glass, increasing chemical resistance of a chamber,
• The chamber is equipped with a vulcanized silicone seal. The seal used is reliable and has a low susceptibility to mechanical deformation,
• The excellent transparency of the lid allows you to observe the degassing process,
• Two ball valves allow you to freely control the course of the degassing process,
• The mounted glycerine vacuum gauge shows the current vacuum in the chamber,
• The chamber is equipped with an intake air filter, which effectively prevents impurities from reaching the degassed material,
• The chamber is connected to the vacuum using a pneumatic fitting and a reinforced hose with an internal diameter of 8 mm and a length of 1.5 m. The product is made of the highest quality materials.

The vacuum pump VP228 two-stage oil pump with 710 L/min (2.5CFM) and a final vacuum of 0.3 Pa.
