Veropal SUPER is a unique hybrid epoxy two-component structural glue with high ductility (up to 55 %) and excellent peel and shear strength. After mixing, it hardens within 16-24 hours. It can be colored and tinted with pigments and dyes.

• DESCRIPTION: VEROPAL SUPER is a structural two-component construction epoxy glue with good peel and shear strength and high ductility.
• USE: For structural bonding of a wide range of substrates – metal structures, wood, ceramics, it is suitable for gluing a number of polymer composite materials, such as glass fiber reinforced polyesters, epoxies (SMC), etc. Professional and hobby use.
• CHEMICAL BASE: 2K epoxide,
• VISCOSITY BEFORE MIXING: 5-15 Pa.s at 25 °C,
• VISCOSITY AFTER MIXING: 15-22 Pa.s at 25 °C,
• WORKABILITY TIME: 15-20 min,
• GELATION TIME:  150 min,
• Tg (°C), via DSC: 50-60 °C,
• TENSILE STRENGTH (23 °C): 16 MPa,
• ELONGATION: 40-55 %,

  PACKAGING: 24ml cartridge.

  Application of glue from the cartridge:

  1. Break off the cover from tips of the tubes. Cover for outlets can be used for protection for further usage of adhesive.
  2. Break off the plastic spatula placed besides the tubes.
  3. Before extruding the necessary amount of glue, it is necessary to leave the cartridge in a vertical position with the outlets down, so that any air bubbles during extrusion do not affect the resulting ratio of components.
  4. Then the required amount of glue is squeezed out and mixed with a spatula.
  5. After mixing, the adhesive can be applied to glued substrates.
