    PIGMENTS FOR EPOXY RESINS

    Clear cast epoxy resins are often colored with different pigments and dyes in different projects, depending on wanted appearance. Transparent-color effect (transparent stained-glass effect) is created by mixing epoxy with pigment solutions or alcohol dyes. Rich color opaque effect (opaque "plastic" effect) is created by mixing epoxy with pigment pastes. Metallic pigments are used for opaque or semi-opaque metallic effects. Interesting luminous effects are created using high-quality photoluminescent pigments.
