Veropal RAPID is a very fast two-component epoxy glue that hardens within 9-10 minutes after mixing. It can be colored and tinted with pigments and dyes and can be sanded after 90 minutes. It is slightly faster than Veropal Quick and has slightly better bonding properties (shear strength and peel strength) and is slightly less flexible and slightly softer than Veropal QUICK. The adhesive does not contain organic solvents and is resistant to water, oils and common solvents.

• DESCRIPTION: VEROPAL RAPID is a unique advanced very fast two-component structural epoxy glue with improved peel and shear strength.
• USE: For structural bonding of a wide range of substrates – metals, metal structures, wood, ceramics, it is suitable for gluing a number of polymer composite materials, such as glass fiber reinforced polyesters, epoxies (SMC), etc. Suitable for small repairs of epoxy and wood (e.g. splits, cracks), for preparation quick repair sealant for wood (mix with sawdust and apply with a spatula). Professional and hobby use.

  PACKAGING: 24ml cartridge.

  Application of glue from the cartridge:

  1. Break off the cover from tips of the tubes. Cover for outlets can be used for protection for further usage of adhesive.
  2. Break off the plastic spatula placed besides the tubes.
  3. Before extruding the necessary amount of glue, it is necessary to leave the cartridge in a vertical position with the outlets down, so that any air bubbles during extrusion do not affect the resulting ratio of components.
  4. Then the required amount of glue is squeezed out and mixed with a spatula.
  5. After mixing, the adhesive can be applied to glued substrates.
