HOW VEROPAL CLEARCAST 300 WORKS
Veropal Clearcast 300 is a two-component clear epoxy casting resin for layers up to 5 cm thick. After mixing, it forms a clear, low-viscosity liquid that fills even the finest details. It cures slowly (typically 48–72 h), resulting in a glossy, clear, and smooth finish with minimal bubbles.
Suitable for creating epoxy tables, lamps, boards, jewelry, or branding pieces. Also ideal for sealing pores in wood. Adheres to wood, glass, concrete, stone – but avoid some plastics.
HOW TO APPLY
- Prepare the surface (dry, clean, grease-free).
- Mix components A and B at a 100:40 ratio by weight.
- Add pigments or decorative materials if desired.
- Stir slowly for 3–5 minutes, avoid air bubbles.
- Pour gently, close to the surface.
- Cover to protect from dust and let cure at 20–23 °C for 2–3 days.
